I have one good sized double room, with a sunny aspect, new double bed and mattress, plently of storage space available.

The house is in a great location, centrally placed for easy transport links to trains, buses and motorways. A 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars on the popular Queen's Road area.

I am a retired health professional. Ideally I'm looking for someone who needs a room Monday to Friday only, No home working and they must be socially independant as I'm not looking for a housemate.

I have 2 cats, but they are shy and will stay out of your way. They are not allowed in the bedrooms.

I value the need for one another's privacy, but am happy to chat if you want to.
