Double room available in a modern house

Hi,

A furnished double room is available in a modern, friendly house just under a mile from the University of Leicester, and a short walk to the popular Clarendon Park area. There’s free on-street parking available right outside the house.

The room comes with a small double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, and chair. One room has an en-suite, so the main bathroom is shared by only you and one other housemate.

Rent includes high-speed internet and council tax. Energy and water bills are shared equally between housemates.

Currently you’d be living with two full-time professionals including myself (working at Leicester hospitals). The other housemate moves out in November, at which point we'd continue as a two-person household. We’re relaxed, tidy, and looking for someone similar to join the house. Professionals and students are both welcome.
