A furnished double room is available in a modern, friendly house just under a mile from the University of Leicester, and a short walk to the popular Clarendon Park area. There’s free on-street parking available right outside the house.

The room comes with a small double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, and chair. One room has an en-suite, so the main bathroom is not shared with another housemate.

Rent includes high-speed internet and council tax. Energy and water bills are shared equally between occupants.

Currently you’d be living with just myself (working full-time at Leicester hospitals). This would be ideal for someone looking for a tidy and relaxed household. Professionals and students are both welcome.
