Double Room to rent in Clarendon Park area

House is just a few mins walk from a coop/Queens Rd, 5 mins walk to Uni of Leicester, 15-20 mins walk to train station/town centre.

On street parking. House comes with washer/tumbledryer, living room, dining room, bathroom downstairs with second toilet/washbasin upstairs, paved area at the back of the house.

I am a teacher so it's early mornings, early nights and mountains of marking for me. I'm looking for a professional (to share council tax with) in a similar situation who is understanding about keeping noise levels down etc. Whoever moves in should be able to clean up after themselves/be happy to do their share of the cleaning.
