You would have full use of the house alongside one other tennant who will begin their rental at the same point as you.

Ideally a tenant who would be prepared to keep water and food topped up for our two friendly hens, in exchange for fresh eggs daily :-)

Tennant would be expected to pay for a cleaner on a fortnightly basis at £14 per visit split between the two tennants. Makes for a lovely tidy house to live in and our cleaner is FAB!
