Internet , television, shared use of kitchen garden and lounge , driveway and some storage space avail on request.
Couples considered but rent would be raised slightly.
Very friendly quite house share , house is cleaned weekly . House benefits from being 5 mins to city centre, hospital, university and motorway, there's also many shops nearby.
