Bills included, fast broadband, gas, electricity, water & use of washing machine and garden, and full use of the kitchen. The bedroom has a TV point, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and double patio doors that open onto the garden which is lovely during the summer. There is always plenty of on street parking available too.
This is my family home so I can offer a warm and friendly place to stay, but just ask that you treat it with respect.
