***Lovely Light Room***

We are two very nice, young professional ladies with a double room spare. We're looking for someone who's nice, friendly and of course tidy to share with us.

We think the room would be ideal for someone who is new to the area, perhaps someone working at Next as a trainee buyer or merchandiser or as a trainee Solicitor somewhere. We both work at Next which is nearby and have been new to Leicester ourselves.

The house is a large 4 bed semi. It's in a really nice 'teacherish' area with plenty of parking and a big well established garden. It's also close to the fashionable Braunstone Gate with lots of bars and places to eat. Also really close to Fosse Park shopping and junction 21 of the M1.

The room has a double bed, clothes rails and big pine drawers in it. All furniture can be left or taken away depending on whether you want the room furnished or unfurnished. Carpets are cream throughout and newly cleaned. The room is decorated in light natural colours and so is easy to personalise if you want to.

There's a washing machine, a dishwasher and a power shower.
