The bedroom is a good sized double bedroom. It is furnished with a large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and double bed.

The kitchen has full amenities inc microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery etc.

Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water and council tax). The house also has high speed unlimited broadband, which is all included in the rent.

No pet's I'm afraid and I would prefer females as the house is currently 2 females and I would like to maintain this.
