All bills are included with the room. It's a three-bed female house and it still feels roomy even when it has three people living here.
It's about 30 mins walk to the City Centre and less than 5 to Queens Rd. Permits are needed for on street parking through the city council.
Hopefully the photos give you a good feel for the place. It has:
- 2 toilets, separate shower
- washing machine and tumble dryer
- garden patio
The bedroom looks over the garden and gets lots of light in the morning. It doesn't currently have a desk, but I can get one in. It has a built in wardrobe and all other furniture shown in the photo. However, anything you don't like can be taken out.
We're two female young professionals, looking for someone easy going to make a home here.
