Hi there,

All bills are included with the room. It's a three-bed female house and it still feels roomy even when it has three people living here.

It's about 30 mins walk to the City Centre and less than 5 to Queens Rd. Permits are needed for on street parking through the city council.

Hopefully the photos give you a good feel for the place. It has:
- 2 toilets, separate shower
- washing machine and tumble dryer
- garden patio

The bedroom is at the top of the house and has an inbuilt wardrobe. It comes with a bed, desk and bedside table.

We're two female young professionals, looking for someone easy going to make a home here.
