Double room

2 bed flat with a spare room. The flat is stripped ready for decorating and i require a housemate. I prefer female as generally tidier and i dont like mess. Not OCD level but most of my mates are scruffy 😂 the room is unfurnished and you can do with it what you please. Would expect you to use the flat as your own and not stay cooped up in your room. Im easy going and just want a respectful clean housemate for the forseeable future. Room is pictured but has no furniture in atm.10 minute walk from Town centre and the Royal infirmary
