One bed room and own bathroom in penthouse flat

My friends work fell through (thanks covid) but I am still looking to move, I will be there from aug 14 but would like a house mate.
Rent with bills we had estimated to come to about £500 each pm.
There is a entrance room, two bed rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a long high ceilinged living/dining room with really cool dark wooden beams up high.
There’s no parking with us though, just street parking.
It’s on 3rd floor with no lift.
Living room is partly furnished, and your bedroom has one wardrobe in it (no bed)
