Massive double bedroom

Hiya, me and my friend have a massive 3 bedroom house and are looking for a girl to take the biggest room downstairs. It has great lighting, big wardrobe, lots of extra room and only 80 pw!! We are both clean people and would want the place clean and tidy. We’re also quite social people so we would like someone that we can share movie night with maybe once in awhile. This is a 3 bed student property close to leicester university in knighton. Featuring x 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge & rear garden. There are 2 dogs so the potential Flatmate has to like or be ok with dogs.
