Tenancy Takeover, Lumis Student Living

I am no longer going to be attending the university so I am looking for someone to take over my contract. This accommodation is for students only and has all bills included in the price. The flat has a shared kitchen with 6 other housemates. This accommodation also includes a gym, cinema room, common room and laundry room. The room includes a wardrobe with full length mirror, 3/4 bed, en suite with shower, desk and desk chair, pin board and many storage places.
