Conveniently located in a fabulous location, which is very close to fosse park and 15-20 mins walk to leicester royal infirmary hospital and DMU.

The property has been recently refurbished giving it a spacious and modern ambience throughout.

This property has a lovely modern kitchen and brand-new rain fall shower.

We have a cleaner fortnightly who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

The flat is designed in a way which encourages respectfulness and consideration to others. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen, which keeps everyone happy :-)

We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals and we would consider mature student.

Most importantly we are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for over 20 years!! We are hands on and ensure selecting considerate and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates. We have a high service level with a cleaner once a week to maintain a high level of cleanliness and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
