The place is ideal for a female mature student -PHD/masters - who needs a quiet space to study and to rest. It is spotless, therefore it is expected the lodger keeps the common area (kitchen/dining room) and her bathroom in a perfect state of tidiness and cleanliness. It is at a 15 minute walk from Leicester university, and 25 minutes from DMU or LRI. There are regular buses to both universities and to the train station.
Access to the rented rooms is private, via the alleyway.
The rooms to rent are:
- a private study,
- a large double bedroom
- a private shower and toilet.
They all have locks.
The study is situated on the ground floor and has no vis a vis. It gives over a lovely patio. It is next to the shower room. It has a sofa bed, a chair, coat hanger, shelves and a desk.
The double bed room is on the first floor. It is bright and spacious and has ample storage, and a king size bed as well as a small desk.
There is central heating, smoke alarms as well as CO2 detectors. All safety checks are up to date.
All outside locks have 3 points safety devices, and windows have locks too.
The kitchen and dining room is shared with the owner. It is equipped with washing machine, microwave, hob and fridge/freezer. The lodger has her own cupboards to store dry food. Plates, cutlery, pans are provided.
Possibility of off the road parking.
It is a non smoking house, and there are no pets.
The owner is the only occupant in the house. She speaks fluent French, English and some Spanish
