A little about the room and the house:
The property has been recently refurbished giving it a urban chic ambience.
We have a large kitchen diner with all the modern facilities and a communal room.
The rent includes ALL the bills ( gas, elec, council tax, water and broadband) and we have a cleaner once a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

The current housemates will all be professionals and considerate who respect other peoples boundaries and are clean and tidy and create a nice friendly vibe all aged between 21-50
We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals and we would consider mature student.
NO COUPLES OR students UNDER 21
WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT TO THE REST!!
We are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for over 25 years!! If something needs fixing, then we do it without needing a third party landlord authorisation.
We are hands on and ensure selecting considerate and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates who want a clean and quiet house.
We have a high service level with a cleaner once a week to maintain a high level of cleanliness and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise.
We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details and a designated property manager!
