We have a very large room in a recently, fully renovated property. Modern and friendly house conveniently located in a fabulous location which is 5 mins walk to the train station and city centre.

This really is prime location.

A little about the room and the house:

The property has been recently refurbished giving it a boutique and modern ambience.

We have a lovely kitchen and a communal room with all the modern facilities.

The bathroom will be shared with two other person as the other one room is an en-suites.

The rent includes ALL the bills ( gas, elec, council tax, water and broadband) and we have a cleaner once a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

The house is designed in a way which doesn’t encourage full on party house but respectfulness to other housemates. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen which keeps everyone happy :-)

A little about the housemates:

The current housemates will all be professionals and considerate who respect other peoples boundaries and are clean and tidy and create a nice friendly vibe all aged between 21-45

We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals and we would consider mature student.

A little about us:

Most importantly we are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for nearly 25 years!! We are hands on and ensure selecting considerate and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates. We have a high service level with a cleaner once a week to maintain a high level of cleanliness and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
