Newly decorated house close to DMU and RLI

We have a room in a refurbished house conveniently located in a fabulous location which is very close to fosse park and 15-20 mins walk to Leicester royal infirmary hospital and DMU.

A little about the room(s) and the house:

The room(s) are all double rooms which are spacious.

There is a cosy living room along with Broadband from Virgin.

This property has a large clean kitchen

The rent includes the bills ( gas, elec, water and broadband) and we have a cleaner every 2 weeks who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

The house is designed in a way which doesn’t encourage full on party house but respectfulness to other housemates. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen which keeps everyone happy :-)

We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals and we would consider mature student.
