A little about the room and the house:

The property has been recently refurbished giving it a boutique and modern ambience.

- We have a lovely new kitchen with all the modern facilities.

- We have two shower Rooms which will be shared with only 3 other housemates.

THE PROPERTY IS ONLY SHARING WITH 3 OTHERS

The house is designed in a way which doesn’t encourage full on party house but respectfulness to other housemates.. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone else who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen which keeps everyone happy :-)

We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals. We would consider mature student over 21.

A little about us:

Most importantly we have been specialising in houseshares for nearly 25 years!!
We are hands on and ensure we have a high service level with a cleaner once a week to maintain a high level of cleanliness and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
