My name is Joana, I'm Portuguese and I'm a DMU student in Leicester. I've completed my third year and thinking about doing a masters next year. I'm currently living in a flat with two bedrooms and looking for a flatmate for next year. The rent is £483 each and the water and energy bills are paid separately and usually they are between £130 together (which would be £65 to each of us). The flat is in the city centre very well located and it has a parking space available for £100 per month. The distance to the train station is a 10 minute walk. The council tax for non-students is £872 every 6 months (£145,34 per month)
