£2000 contribution for Code Leicester Sept 2024

I will contribute £2000 to take over the tenancy for September 2024 for 48 weeks. The rent is normally £174 per week including electricity, but with this contribution it works out to £132.34 per week for 48 weeks - £6352.32 total instead of £8352.32! Code Leicester is only available to students.

Tenancy takeover for September 2024 for 48 weeks at Code Leicester, Block C 4th floor river view self contained studio. Own kitchen and en-suite shower room.

Close to De Montfort University, Leicester University and Addict Dance.

Code Leicester has its own gym, dance studios, large communal areas, security and holds weekly events and parties.

Please see Code Terms & Conditions to take over the tenancy. If you would like to take over the tenancy please let me know then I will inform Code to issue you with the contract. You need to be a student and will need to have a UK Guarantor or use a Guarantor company.
