Large studio in Dover Street Apartments in the City Centre.

The tenancy expires on 07/09 (7th September). Looking to move out ASAP! The balance left on the tenancy would have to be paid in a lump sum - the rent is reduced from what I am paying as I need the room gone!

Room is a large studio with a full kitchen, 3/4 size bed (with underneath storage), a sofa, wall-mounted TV, desk, washer/dryer, double wardrobe, and of course a full bathroom. I'd also throw in a coffee table that I brought in myself.

The building is well-maintained with staff on-site and a reception. Around 20 mins walk from UoL and 15 mins from DMU, with plenty of shops, clubs and restaurants nearby.
