Renting a room for a Leicester student

The accommodation is very spacious and nice, the shared kitchen is very big and cleaned once every 2 weeks. It is only a 15 minute walk away from the University of Leicester, and all the other flatmates are very nice and welcoming. There are 2 boys and 2 girls not including me, and they are looking for someone who can keep the kitchen clean and is friendly. They are very welcoming people and will make sure you fit in and will do the best they can to help you out and make you feel comfortable. I am looking for someone to take my room as I will not be living in Leicester next year and I am looking for someone immediately to sign for the next academic year, starting September 2024.
