1 year tenancy, 10/07/2024 to 09/07/2025. Currently rented by Student Cribs, I have signed for next year but decided to move in with my friends instead so I need to find a replacement tenant for them.

Flat is a beautiful studio flat based in Leicester city centre.
It is a spacious 1 bedroom property for let for the coming year.

This studio has a completely furnished double bedroom, double bed, desk and chair, double seater sofa, full size mirror and loads of storage for your belongings.

This spacious studio flat also offers a kitchen with the most modern appliances, comfortable seating complete with a flat screen tv, and a modern en-suite bathroom, making this a great space to live. There is also a FREE shared laundry room and Flat 3 is the closest to it!

There is plenty of space for parking, however, a permit is required.

Living in Flat 3, 160 Upper New Walk means you can look forward to relaxing and unwinding in a comfortable bedroom at the end of a long day.

Situated next to Victoria Park, Upper New Walk is extremely conveniently located for students in both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University. The property is only 19 minutes by foot to De Montfort University and just a 10 minute walk to the University of Leicester. Leicester train station is only an 8 minute walk and the coach station is only 25 minutes walking!

The accommodation is right next to London Road, filled with all the best and necessary shops and restaurants. Everything is so close by and it is a very cosy environment.

New walk is absolutely beautiful, it is a gorgeous 15 minute walk straight to the city centre and DMU, there are many parks around and restaurants and bars at lower new walk.

As a student living at upper new walk, I felt so at peace. The studio flat is very spacious and allows for a lot of storage, the kitchen and bathroom are in there separate rooms so everything is neat and tidy. The laundry rooms are so close and best of all they are free which is very convenient and economical! All the right shops are nearby so dinner and any other activities were always sorted. I study at DMU and New Walk was always such a great start and end to my days. As someone who enjoys sport and takes up running a lot, Victoria park being less than 1 minute away was so convenient and fun, the park also offers tennis, basketball, football and skateboarding courts. I was also very close to my friends at University of Leicester and this is a GREAT accommodation for those studying at UoL as it is very close!

Overall, this is an amazing place to live and definitely recommend to all!!
