The house is in a great location for both uni's and is in the main student area for Uni of Leciester - it's about a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute cycle) into university, and 10 minute walk onto Queens Rd shops.

The house is literally 20 seconds from the nearest bus stop for buses to town etc - about 2 miles from DMU and city centre (about 30min walk).

The postcode is classed as Knighton, but actually is just off Welford Rd (by Grimsby fisheries) so is technically still Clarendon Park.

There are local shops for bread, milk etc only 20 seconds away.
