Guardian needed for 1 bed self-contained apartment

Umbrella are looking for a conscientious individual/s to occupy a modern property in a purpose built apartment.
Property guardians occupy the property as you normally and are not security guards.
The property comes part furnished with white goods and we are especially interested to hear from individuals that have previously been guardians or have handy person skills.
