The property makes for the perfect home for a single profession. The large room contains a built in wardrobe, draws and a bed in a clean and tidy house. Will be shared with a live in landlord who works 3/4nights at the LRI hospital so will need someone considerate and also has their own life as I'm not around alot to socialise with. I do have 2 cats but they are either with me in my room or outside asleep on their bench. They are know trouble at all.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop.
15 minutes (car) to Leicester City Centre, Leicester University / De Montfort University or 20mins on the bus. Fosse park is a 5min drive away.
