SHORT TERM or Mon-Friday/Weekend only Lubbesthorpe

Double bedroom in the new Lubbesthorpe area, 15 minute drive from the city, 5 minutes from Fosse park and Everard Meadows, 2 minutes from Meridian and Aldi.

Option for Furnished or Non Furnished, currently used as a spare room and office with pull out bed. But a double bed can be brought or own furnishings. You will have your own large bathroom with shower/bath. Though this must be shared with guests when they are round but ultimately will be for you as I have my own en-suite.

I am open first to either Short term rent, Mon-Friday or Weekend only rents, so can discuss. Would prefer only veggie/vegan eating but can discuss. Potentially open to well behaved pets. Ideally someone who is kind, not to loud and respectful of the space and you will get the same in return.
