House is 5 mins walk from DMU campus.
Female candidates preferred.
Me and my friend will be staying there as well and just looking for another house mate.
Big bedroom with double bed, garden, bath and shower. (1 bathroom to share)
I am entering my 2nd year of fine art (21 years old) and my house mate is entering her 3rd year of business management (21 years old).
We are both very tidy people who respect boundaries and clean up after ourselves. We are also very friendly people. Would be willing to meet in person before anything is permanent or just text and get to know eachother.
£433 for rent and £67 for bills per month
WiFi not included. Would have to pay extra but we will split that three ways so won't be a lot of money.
