The Room and Shared Spaces

The first floor room and attached en-suite was renovated in July 2024. It features a king-size double bed, plentiful wardrobe and drawer space, and lots of natural light. The en-suite has a newly installed bathtub, sink and toilet.

The kitchen features gas hobs, shared fridge, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

Vegetarian/vegan cooking only. All utensils and dishwashing soap is provided.

All bills, including gas, electric, water, council tax and WIFI are included. Off road parking space available.

The living room is for my use only, since it doubles as my home office space.

Area and Amenities - LE4

This is a quiet but friendly residential area and the neighborhood is made up of families and professionals working at the nearby corporate offices and manufacturers.

Bennion Pools and Park is less than a minute’s walk away. Beaumont Leys Shopping center is an 8 minute walk. The shopping center has Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, gym, swimming pool, petrol station, Santander Bank, The Keeper’s Lodge Pub and pound shops. Some lovely pubs with a country side feel are located a short drive away.
Closest bus stop is 4 min walk and serves 25 and 26 bus. Glenfield hospital is a 5-10 min drive away.

Benji - My rescue dog

I have a sweet but anxious medium-sized Greek Kokoni, who is in his senior years and enjoying a slower pace of life. Initially he won’t want to be touched despite following you around curiously - but after a couple of weeks of you giving him daily treats he will be your best friend. He does bark a little if someone knocks on the door but is otherwise quiet and well behaved. I am happy to explain more about Benji and please let me know if you have any questions.
