Room for Rent in shared private apartment

Hey there, my flatmate has recently decided to move out, closer to his placement position in a different city, so I am helping to look for someone to overtake his tenancy in the vacant second bedroom in the flat. He decided to move out about a week ago, before I had arrived in the property, but I have now settled in and moved my stuff in, whilst he has moved the majority of his stuff out. I am undertaking my placement as a sports coach at CrownHills Community College, and so would therefore prefer working professionals to overtake his lease. The flat has a shared bathroom and kitchen/ living space, is very modern, and furnished. I often have my girlfriend, or friends over to stay at the weekend, so hopefully this will be fine with any prospective tenants. Feel free to reach out with more questions!
