We have a big kitchen with everything you need and a shared garden with the house next door. There is a washing machine and dryer. Only a 15 minute walk to the uni campus!
2 bathrooms with showers in each and a cleaner comes once a week - no additional fee.
Bills are all included. Rent is paid every three months in line with when student finance comes in.
Everyone in the house is really friendly and sociable but we also all respect one another’s space.
Looking for someone to move in on the 1st of October.
