Double Room sharing with Family of 3

Beautifully, recently decorated double room with en-suite shower available in a 5 bedroomed executive house.

You will be sharing with a really easy going, friendly family (young at heart) and a Golden Retriever. Full use of all amenities. A large kitchen to use, separate utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large living room and you can even use an separate office I have (if you work from home).

As the male of the house I work from home. My son is at college and my wife works 3 days a week as a chef. We are 50, 16 and 45 years old respectively.

We typically all convene at about 6pm, eat dinner and then son goes off to play on his gaming PC all night whilst wife and I watch TV with a few drinks...We get to bed typically between 12 midnight and 1am. We're not loud, there wont be music blaring. We'll just be watching the TV.

We are looking for a single female only, 23 y. o+ only. Professional, working and whom if you wish, can mix with us if you like. However if you want your own space then that's fine too.

I am house proud, like to keep it clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is the same and sensitive to other people with whom you will be sharing (i. e. us). Please get in touch and we can meet you here and chat further.
