This house is on London Road, so close to the railway station and shops. The house needs some work in it before it goes for rent as want the tenenats to be comfortable and happy stayting in it. Althought I am agreed to mixed gender in the property, I would like to note that I will try my best to have separate genders near each other on floors.
I am only looking for working individuals who are not on any benefits to help them pay the rent. The rent is £600 which is ok for this area.
I am not looking for tenants who take drugs, smoke "spif", or illigal cigs.
As long as you are respectful with the other tenants you will fit in well.
