Looking for a chilled out and friendly roomie!

Large bedroom with ensuite + own small sitting room/office (and entrance) in double fronted terraced house in conservation area near city centre. Lovely shared kitchen, dining area and lounge plus conservatory and garden. On street parking available in local area with residential permit. Very close to train station, buses, shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

The maximum stay listed is 6 months. However, there is potential for longer term.

I am a 54 year old Canadian academic looking to share with a professional woman aged 28 or over. I enjoy my own space but am also always up for watching TV/movies or sharing a takeaway. I have a rescue dog who is acclimatizing to a new environment so want a roomie that likes dogs.

Pets may also be considered but need to make sure they would get on with my dog! :)
