I have a room available in a two-bedroom flat located in LE1. Situated on the first floor, the flat features two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a cozy living room, and a shared bathroom with a shower. It’s conveniently close to the Leicester train station, Lidl, and St. George Shopping Center.
My current roommate will be leaving in March 2025, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The flats are furnished with sofa, dining table with chairs, double bed in each room and a wardrobe.
The flat is well-furnished and equipped with all new built-in appliances, including an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, and heaters in every room.
I am looking for a roommate who works full-time. The management agency maintaining this property will conduct a reference check as a part of the process.
The rent is £550 per month. I have already set up Wi-Fi, water, and electricity accounts. Here are some rough estimates of the additional monthly costs which will be divided between us:
Wi-Fi: £23 (managed by HyperOptic)
Electricity: £50-100 (based on usage, managed by Octopus)
Water: £44 (managed by Severn Trent)
Council Tax: Band A (the lowest band)
The property is part of a gated community and includes an on-site pool, gym, sauna and a resident's lounge with a maintenance team available for any issues.
Parking and having a pet is accepted at an additional cost set by the maintenance team.
