Double Bedroom available in a two bed flat in LE1

Hello!

I have a room available in a two-bedroom flat located in LE1. Situated on the first floor, the flat features two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a cozy living room, and a shared bathroom with a shower. It’s conveniently close to the Leicester train station, Lidl, and St. George Shopping Center.

My current roommate will be leaving in December 2024, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room. The flats are furnished with sofa, coffee table and dining table with chairs. double bed and wardrobe.

The flat is well-furnished and equipped with all new built-in appliances, including an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, and heaters in every room.

I am looking for a full-time employee who is comfortable with undergoing a reference check. My current tenancy ends in March 2025, and I’m happy to extend it if I get a roommate. The current tenancy will be from December 2024 to March 2025, with the possibility of extension thereafter. The management agency maintaining this property will conduct a reference check as a part of the process.

The rent is £525 per month. I have already set up Wi-Fi, water, and electricity accounts. Here are some rough estimates of the additional monthly costs which will be divided between us:

Wi-Fi: £23 (managed by HyperOptic)
Electricity: £50-100 (based on usage, managed by Octopus)
Water: £34 (managed by Severn Trent)
Council Tax: Band A (the lowest band)

The property is part of a gated community and includes an on-site pool, gym, sauna and a resident's lounge with a maintenance team available for any issues.

Parking and having a pet is accepted at an additional cost set by the maintenance team.
