Tenancy Takeover - Regents Court.

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take over my student flat tenancy at Regents Court, Leicester. 2024/25 tenancy.

Must be a student.

Move in - from the end of October.

Rent is £111 a week, and the tenancy is until July. All unlimited utility bills are included.

Rent is paid monthly.

It is close to both universities in the city - with De Montfort University around 5 minutes away, and the University of Leicester slightly longer, at 15 minutes.

The accommodation is also a 10 minute walk to Leicester Railway Station and a 15 minute walk to Highcross (the city centre shopping centre.)

A Tesco Express is a 7 minute walk.

The kitchen is brand new and very spacious. The bathroom is shared between five people.

The accommodation is very secure, with a gate key to open the front gate. There are also keys to open the entrance to the flat and the room.

The courtyard also allows staff at the main reception to monitor safety.
