Immediate Tenancy Takeover - Regent’s Court.

I’m looking for someone to take over my student flat tenancy at Regent’s Court, Leicester. 2024/25 tenancy.

It is a popular accommodation for students from both universities. It is £111 a week, and the tenancy is until July. All unlimited utility bills are included.

Rent is paid monthly.

It is close to both universities in the city - with De Montfort University around five minutes away, and the University of Leicester slightly longer, at fifteen minutes.

The accommodation is also a ten minute walk to Leicester Railway Station and a fifteen minute walk to Highcross (the city centre shopping centre.)

The kitchen is brand new and very spacious. The bathroom is shared between five people.

The accommodation is very secure, with a gate key to open the front gate. There are also keys to open the entrance to the flat and the room.

The courtyard also allows staff at the main reception to to monitor safety.
