We're two students looking for two more people to fill out our lease so we can stay in our house. Bills are separate and come to about 117 per month. We're both calm, clean and open to any age, gender or occupation. We have a small shared livingroom with a TV, ps4 and ps3 thats welcome to everyone. There is space to park in front of the house. About a 5 minute walk from tesco and lidl and right next to a nice park. The landlord is fine with painting and cutomization withen limits.
The move in date would be July 1st but there is some flexibility if you need to move in sooner.
