The house is in Western park area, the house is situated on a quiet road with ample on street parking available.

The room is equipped with a double bed with a memory-foam mattress, draws, double wardrobe, and curtains and blinds. The room also has carpet floors.

The house is fully furnished and comprised of 2 shared living rooms, shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms and recently renovated garden. The house has been renovated to a high spec and comes with a high level of facilities. We are located a 20 minute walk into town centre or 5 minute bus ride away, with great communication links!

Whilst bills are not included they are roughly between £100 - £120 a month each. The house is a council band c area, and is in close location to western park as well as city centre, the motorway as well as the A47. We also have a corner shop located near and are walking distance to several supermarkets.

There are currently 3 of us living in the house, we are friendly group who like to socialise with each other and live in a happy clean environment.
