We have a beautiful house with double rooms. We are close to Leicester City Centre. Exmoor Avenue is a quiet little cul-de sac walking distance to Abbey Park and town centre.

This room has it's own bathroom just outside the room. It is important that bathrooms are kept clean and well maintained as the house has not long been refurbished. The room also has it's own TV with the basic channels.

We have supermarkets like ALDI, ASDA, and LONDIS near by. In the Londis shop they also have a post office.

The house has been fully refurbished with new electrics, plumbing, new kitchen, bathrooms and freshly painted walls.
Each room will have a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and TV.

Communal areas are kitchen, utility, lounge and garden these must be kept clean and tidy after use.

Wi-fi is available.

Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and ample storage space. NEW dishwasher, microwave, air fryer are available to use but must be looked after and kept clean.

Professionals or mature students fit in well here. But no couples or pets please. Previous landlord reference is required.
