En-Suite room takeover

I am the current occupant and will be moving out on May 3rd due to a job transfer. The room is en-suite and spacious. All bills are included except for electricity, which is shared among the tenants. The room will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If I am unavailable, the main office can arrange a viewing of the property for you. Note that the pictures I used are just the ones I got from the office website, the room is better than these pictures.
