This lovely house is located on Dulverton Road, LE3 0SA . This is the ideal location for city centre jobs, the train station and it also offers easy access to the motor-way links and Fosse Park.

We are only a few minutes walk to the city centre and the shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate.

There are five double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, a further main bathroom to the first floor and an additional downstairs toilet.

We have created a fantastic open plan living area, hosting a lovely sitting room with the original fireplace and features French doors leading to the garden.

The beautiful 30ft long kitchen diner over looks the garden with a wonderful bay window and a further set of French doors leading to the patio area. This lovely fitted kitchen comes with a large number of cupboards, an integrated dishwasher, microwave, two ovens and a large, 5 ring gas hob. The utility room offers a large fridge and large freezer, along with an additional under-counter fridge and washing machine.

There is a great garden to the rear which will be the perfect place for drinks and BBQ's when the sun is out!

Currently, Amelia, Marianna, Emma, Emily and Naomi live here together.

Due to Naomi moving out of Leicester, Amelia, Marianna, Emily and Emma are looking for a new housemate that is keen to get to know everyone and discover what lovely Leicester has to offer.

All of the housemates have come to me through Spareroom and moved to the house due to relocating for work or simply looking for a great house share.

We would like to find a housemate who would like a friendly and sociable house, where communal areas are enjoyed and you can have a chat after work and catch up on the day if you wish.

All bedrooms have double glazed windows and have had tv points installed and broadband is included.
