Single Room Available

Single room available in our shared house. The room is currently unfurnished as the previous tenant had there own furniture but a single bed and new mattress can be supplied , a standard double has also been used in the room although it is tight. There is also a built in closet/wardrobe.
All bills and internet are included, the two other house mates are both male and have lived at the property for over 4 years each with no problems.
