The house has a good-sized back garden with a private wooden seating area. Kitchen is plenty big for two people, with lots of storage and gas hobs. There’s one large bathroom and two living rooms (not really used at the moment, so plenty of potential to make them into proper cosy spaces).

You’ll be living with a sociable PhD student. Friendly and easy to get on with and chilled.

Landlords are really decent — easy-going, quick to sort out repairs, and rent is well below average at £450.. Contract is 6 months to start, then rolls monthly.
