Double room in very well insulated house with garden, allotment next to the Great Central Way cycle route and lovely green space Aylestone Meadows. Only 10 mins walk from DMU and 20 mins cycle to Leicester University. Council tax band B.
You'd be sharing with a queer, vegan, violin teaching, left wing climate campaigner.
No fridge (but a cool larder - this isn't as scary as it sounds!)
No washing machine (but a local laundrette)
No TV or TV license (but feel free to get your own).
This would suit someone who likes a fairly quiet tidy house and is interested in living with a low carbon footprint.
