Spacious, bright double bedroom available from March in a lovely 3-bedroom house with attic and basement I’ve called home for the past 12 years. I'm renting from private landlord (no agency fees), quiet residential street with easy parking and 10 minutes walk to city centre.
The room comes furnished so you can make it your own, but it has a large built-in wardrobe, big window overlooking the street, and plenty of natural light. You’ll be sharing with me and my old pal (mid-20s & 30s both professional, friendly, tidy, and respectful of personal space).
The house is relaxed and clean – we’re not party animals but equally not silent monks! Looking for someone easy-going, employed/professional (20s-40s), who pays rent on time. All bills included. Lovely garden for summer BBQs too!
