New en-suite in house

1. The room is available for move-in anytime. My current tenancy runs until 23 August, and you will sign your own contract directly with the landlord/agency. You can continue to renew the tenancy afterwards.
2. The rent is £675 per month, including all taxes and bills.
3. You will have your own private bathroom. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe, a bed, and a small drawer cabinet. The room also has two slanted skylight windows.
4. The common areas are cleaned by a professional cleaner every two weeks. The living room has genuine leather space sofas, and the TV includes all membership subscriptions.
5. The whole house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. I will be staying in another room later. Currently, there are two males and one female; in the future it may become two females and one male (the male tenant in 2026 will only stay for 2–3 months). I myself only stay 1–2 nights a week, so most of the time it will be just you and one other housemate.
6. It’s an 8-minute walk to John Lewis and a 15-minute walk to De Montfort University.
