Hey! Me and my housemate Phoebe are both med students and we’re looking for another person to move in with us from August/September 2026.
It’s a 3-bed house just behind the LRI, around a 5-min walk to DMU and 15 mins to the University of Leicester. The available room is a furnished double and rent is £95/week (bills excluded). Bills are around £18/week.
The tenancy is 12 months with half rent over summer. The house has a proper living room with a TV, a clean shared bathroom and kitchen, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and two large fridges. Parking permit is £35 for the year.
Open to students or professionals (discounted council tax if not a student). We both work/study a lot, so the house is fairly quiet. It’s a private landlord, and we can put you in touch to sort the contract if you’re interested.
