Room to let in central leicester flat

I’m renting out my spare room in my flat in central Leicester. The room is a furnished double room, with the spare bathroom right next door (not technically an ensuite, but basically is). There is a large kitchen/living room that is shared.

Location: located in Leicester’s cultural quarter
Approx 7 minute walk from Leicester train station,
Approx 15 minute walk from Saint Margarets bus station.
1 minute walk from Lidl.

Why am I renting my spare room: I bought this flat nearly a year ago, have been living on my own and steadily making improvements to my first home. I’ve poured a lot of love and effort into making it a home that I’m very proud of. This year I want to make more improvements to the flat and having a flatmate would make this more financially viable.

About me: My name is Izzy, I am a retoucher (I do photoshop) at Next; I love my job and I work from home twice a week. I’m a very creative person, I love working out and keeping fit, playing video games, watching movies and a crisp glass of wine on occasion. I have a long distance boyfriend who I like to go visit over the weekend, or have him stay over. I’m a very visual person so am always looking for ways to improve my flat and make it prettier and more colourful!

What I’m looking for: I’d love to live with someone who has some similar interests to me. Someone who I can go to the cinema, the gym or play games with. I’ve lived in Leicester for nearly two years, but haven’t explored as much as I’d like of what events and places there are, as I’ve not had anyone nearby to go with, so that would be really nice! I’m a very chatty and outgoing person but like to have my own space sometimes.
