I am looking for an initial sub let of 3 months, Jan to April. The person that was supposed to live with me is not sure they are coming back. Rent is 463£ a month each, broadband is £15 each and insurance + guarantor are another 50£ each, bills are excluded but it would amount to 700£ each per month roughly in total. Available asap.
